🌎 Land Acknowledgement - We respectfully acknowledge that we gather on the ancestral treaty lands of the Mississaugas of the Credit, who are the rightful caretakers of this territory. We also recognize the enduring presence and contributions of the Anishinaabek, Haudenosaunee, Huron-Wendat, and Ojibwe/Chippewa peoples. For thousands of years, Indigenous communities have cared for and sustained this land, and their rich histories and cultures continue to shape our shared future. 🌈 Celebrations - Happy Pride Month! Let’s continue to celebrate the value and contributions of every human life. July will be Disability Pride Month, recognizing and affirming the identities and worth of people living with disabilities.

🌿 Volunteer Opportunities - The Riverwood Conservancy is seeking summer high school volunteers for forest and wildlife monitoring, restoration projects, and camp counsellor roles.
